  • Oysters in shell

Now for something a little bit special: naturally grown Kiwano & Oysters (champagne optional!). When you’ve got superb quality ingredients like these, simple does it best.

What to do:

Arrange oysters onto platter.

Cut half of the Kiwano into wedges and remove pulp from the other half.

Put half a teaspoon of pulp onto each oyster and garnish with the wedges.
