KIWANO DAIQUIRI

What you'll need:

  • 1.5 oz white rum
  • Pulp  from 1/2 Enzed Exotics Kiwano
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz sugar syrup

KIWANO DAIQUIRI

We love a good cocktail. Even more when when we have an excuse to get out our fancy silver shaker and bust out a few 80s style Tom Cruise moves. But getting back to this century, the Kiwano Daiquiri is a simple twist on the classic, with that same clean fruit driven flavour. Created just for us by talented craft mixologist Natalie Migliarini of @Beautiful Booze.

What to do:

Add the Kiwano pulp into a cocktail shaker with the rum, lime juice and sugar syrup. Shake hard to combine and chill the ingredients. Fine strain into a coupe glass, garnish with a wedge of Kiwano.
