What you'll need:

  • 1 Enzed Exotics Kiwano
  • 3 Tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of the milk of your choice (cashew, almond, coconut, dairy)
  • Small handful of coconut flakes (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut butter (optional)

Our Kiwano & Chia Seed Pudding recipe is the final proof that healthy can also be stop-the-bus delicious. This creation by @twist_of_lemons pairs creamy chia seed pudding with refreshing Kiwano – and the health benefits need to form orderly queue: fibre, omega 3 and protein from the chia seeds, with Kiwano providing magnesium, potassium and fibre as well.

What to do:

Soak the chia seeds overnight in the coconut milk and cinnamon. In the morning, slice a Kiwano in half and use a spoon to scoop the pulp over the pudding. Optional extra: Serve with coconut butter and coconut flakes.
