We’re all about green goodness round here. This healthy (but also deliciously creamy) Kiwano-based green goddess dressing ticks our boxes for healthy fats and full flavour. Try it on salads, sandwiches or topping grilled chicken.
What to do:
Cut the Kiwano in half and scoop out pulp. Place pulp and remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth.
